[ I am unsure of the current state, so I apologize if I am behind with the progress.]
Attached: I have attached a report that Pooyan helped Karoline compile to share with our customer CNMI. The customer questioned our intent (such as letting all students qualify for TinyEYE, never graduating students, and not making ethical decisions so that TinyEYE benefits. Through sharing the report and demonstrating progress, we earned back trust. How do we easily and proactively do this for all customers?
Location:
Customer dashboard (internal view)
Information:
Add a chart reflecting the number of students who graduated due to achieving goals. Also, show the number of students removed from the caseload for other reasons (e.g., transfer, withdrawal). A bonus metric could be the total number of goals achieved. Another bonus: length of time with TinyEYE.
Intent:
Provide schools with clear visibility into student progress and caseload changes. This will help TinyEYE:
Demonstrate value to schools by showing tangible student progress and successful outcomes.
Support schools in managing caseload growth more effectively within their budget constraints.
Empower schools to make informed decisions about resource allocation based on real-time data.
Thank you for sharing this idea, Marnee! it is a thoughtful suggestion and clearly rooted in real customer experience, which we really value.
We’ll take this into consideration as part of the Monarch redesign, which is currently in progress.
As we continue to evaluate and prioritize features for development, we’ll keep this need in mind. If it’s selected to move forward, we’ll be sure to keep everyone updated on next steps.
