Practitioners reach out to us because they cannot view a referral or IEP that has psychology or counselling on it, even when their service type is applied. They ask us to unlock it but we can't, so all we can do is ask the school to reupload it. This can be challenging and frustrating for all parties, particularly when there could have been delays in getting the information added.
Thanks for sharing your idea. We'll work on this.
I strongly second this - last year this caused a lot of problems for a very large customer with three service types. Each time a document was uploaded (which wasn't always quickly on the schools side) we had further delays if they had selected SC or PSY - which put practitioners further at risk who were delayed in starting. We couldn't assist at Customer Care as we are locked out as well - and it was confusing to the customer across many levels that they could not select the appropriate service type or we wouldn't be able to see it.
This problem is resurfacing again as the school year starts. When a customer uploads a referral for an OT and a counsellor only the counsellor has permission to view. We have to spend time to tell them not to mark the service type on this or IEP documents so other practitioners can view it which is counter-intuitive. Is this on a list to fix?
