The CCT has supported practitioners who are struggling to know if they're serving all of their assigned students and see when students are falling through the cracks.
We no longer have a process where Service Coordinators do monthly audits to ensure all students are receiving services since we can no longer do this manual process with the number of schools/students we serve. We expect practitioners to manage their caseloads and they need more tools within Monarch to see when students are being missed.
We have the Monarch Startup Dashboard that shows when students have completed a first session and has a future session scheduled. Could we use this information and somehow have practitioners see similar information for their assigned students?
For example, I'm supporting a TinyEYE OT right now who is struggling with her serving her schools. She confirmed that she doesn't know which assigned students she's not serving. She's serving 7 schools and only has 12 out of 52 students scheduled (only serving 23% of her caseload). This is a massive blindspot for the practitioner.
Thanks for your idea, Holly! We are exploring a somewhat similar concept. If the student's session requirements are added to Monarch, we'll notify the Px of their YTD balance hours and alert them, as well as the CS team, if a certain threshold is surpassed.
This will also help with compliance with special education requirements or IEPs throughout the school year.
We'll get in touch if further clarification is required.
Thanks, Atoosa
It would be awesome to incorporate some kind of notification to Customer Success when that percentage Holly used hits a certain number. So we can help monitor where there are service issues. The ability to view a practitioner dashboard and see what they see would help too!
