Compliance Tools Training Video for Billing Admins

The idea is to create a 5-minute video tutorial (similar to our eHelper ones, e.g. using the referral tool) that guides billing customer admins or school contacts on how their dashboard can be used to track compliance. Video tutorials I feel work better for some customers compared to PDFs or live demos, as they can go back to it when they have time and rewatch.
