Customer field to determine hourly rate between 2 years

During Aug 2023, Accounting team continues to receive questions from AM regarding hourly rate applied into invoices. I found that that the hourly rate of the Customers, who are signed contract with TinyEYE under RFP process, are changed based on the Customer's financial year. However, currently in Sales Force and Monarch, both did not provide us an easy way for us to determine which billing entries should be applied old hourly rates and new hourly rates. So, I just let you know so that you can discuss further with your team on how to deal with situation.
