The Customer Success Team has been asked to repurpose the “Therapy Delivery Method” field in the school accounts to show the location of services. To align with this new function, can the drop-down options be updated to reflect this new function?

The “Therapy Delivery Method” field in the school accounts was originally created for COVID closures and track how TinyEYE would support individual schools during the closures in March 2020. The team has asked for a way to show the Therapy Location in Monarch to help Practitioners know if a school is being served at school, at home, or both (hybrid model). Ideally, this setting would trickle down into the student accounts. Then, the student accounts can be editable to indicate specific student's service locations (especially for hybrid schools). This information is capture in the SSRs in Salesforce, so eventually it would be wonderful if this SSR field could be pushed into Monarch to help with the goal of one data entry point.
