The idea is to add a filter to the My People area so practitioners in particular could filter view to see only students of their service type, and additionally perhaps only "active or consult" students, removing the "clutter" of seeing students with a service type they do not match with or cancelled students. It would benefit mainly practitioners, but the Customer Care team as well as we often receive questions around this view in My People, and potentially the customer if they had access to the filter as well and wanted to view for example how many students were cancelled, or how many of just SLP there are currently.
I've had a couple of practitioners reach out recently again asking about this feature/the ability to filter the My People/Reports areas so that they only see students on their caseload as they are finding the current view overwhelming and are concerned they will miss students they are responsible for with the current setup.
Practitioners are again asking about this feature/mention they find My People "cluttered" and confusing when they have just a few students at a large school.
Update: Practitioners are asking about this again this year- hoping we can revisit this!
I agree with Maya. This will certainly help our Practitioners filter out their specific students. Most especially with schools that have very large caseloads.
