Online Referral Tool - Additional Consent Option

Some schools have us enter referrals for them. In some cases, this is prior to them obtaining consent from families and they are not required to provide us consent. We are needing to check off "I confirm consent has been obtained". I would ask that there be an option to check yes or no, to put the onus back on the school or for the practitioner to double check with the school as the volume and responsibility to manage consent on a per student basis is something we have moved away from.
