Drive the behaviours in the therapists that drive value for our customers, which will drive retention and growth. Reward the good behaviours and reduce the risky behaviour. This could also reduce internal costs that we have chasing around the therapists to get things done.
Curious about the psychology behind the behaviours. What is the current motivation for "good behaviours" and why isn't it working? What is the benefit to the therapists to engage in the risky behaviours? Is chasing the therapists around improving outcome? Answers could help determine viability of idea :)
