This was brought up in regards to the Tlicho region, which is one of our larger customers, but it may impact others. In this region it's not uncommon that Guardianship changes, and the customer cannot update the linked Guardian for a student (e.g. to add a new one, or remove an old one) so then needs to come to us each time. I offered to submit this feedback for her to see if they could receive further edit capabilities from the Billing Customer or eHelper accounts.
