Students for these schools are confirmed individually, try to be placed with the same practitioner has the previous year, and sometimes have a customer-specific document that is required before a student starts services (e.g. a Permission to Invoice document for the customer BC-Heritage Christian).
The main reasons why this tracker is still needed are:
Confirm which students are returning (students who haven't returned by the end of Q2 are deactivated)
Track the TinyEYE Px who served the previous year so that they can be matched with returning students for continuity
Track customer-specific documents required for services
This Google Sheet could be retired if we could track these 3 pieces of info within Monarch.
