Have Monarch remind practitioners to enter session details when they're missing from the student account.

Schools often don't enter the frequency and duration of sessions for every student or this information isn't known yet since the student needs to be accessed. It would be helpful if Monarch reminded practitioners to enter this information. What if there was a pop-up message in the Calendar area when a student is being scheduled. Monarch could identify that the practitioner is scheduling the student for the same frequency and duration for multiple sessions and ask the Px to confirm the student's details. Something like, "I see Johnny Smith is being scheduled for 30 minute sessions, once per week. Would you like to confirm this is the correct service details for this student?" The px could click Yes and the info is automatically saved in the student's account.

This could help with compliance tracking, practitioner availability/utilization tracking, and caseload growth or shrinkage.
