Enhance the existing customer dashboard by adding a startup and placement view that provides a high-level, interactive overview of order fulfillment and practitioner assignments.

Customers currently rely on email updates to understand placement and startup progress, which can be confusing, inconsistent, or delayed. By enhancing the existing customer dashboard, we could provide customers with a birds-eye view of their startup progress and how their ordered hours are being filled throughout the year. The view should remain confidential and high-level (e.g., showing “Returning Practitioner” or “New Practitioner” with allocated hours rather than full names), but provide enough clarity to show which practitioners are confirmed, how many hours are allocated, and whether they are ready to start (or pending training, licensing, etc.).

Currently lacking from the dashboard is an overview of practitioner assignment per school, which is often requested by customers. This design could help fill that void by displaying how hours are distributed across schools within the district. Customers could also be given an interactive allocation feature, allowing them to move filled hours across schools in their district. Once allocations are confirmed, the feature would need to be locked, as customers cannot move practitioners around indefinitely. Any later changes would need to follow a defined process flow with appropriate approvals and notifications, ensuring stability for practitioners and transparency for Customer Success.

Additionally, confirmed placements could display practitioner availability and schedules for customer reference. To mitigate risks, the system should allow Customer Success to hide sensitive changes (e.g., practitioner resignations) until those updates have been communicated.
