Add functionality in Monarch for practitioners and Customer Success to identify and flag when caseload allocations are higher or lower than expected.

Practitioners often discover that their actual caseload differs from what was planned or expected, but there is currently no simple way for them to flag this. Adding a dashboard or automated alert would allow practitioners to quickly notify TinyEYE if their caseload is unbalanced—either too heavy or too light—relative to their contract or allocation. This could also create visibility for Customer Success via an auto-generated case or dashboard view, enabling earlier intervention and reducing delays, confusion, or misalignment between practitioners, customers, and TinyEYE teams. This should be at a per school level.

Risks & Mitigations: NOTE: that we ask about whether their caseload matches what they were expecting, during the post-start check-in process but, please note that this process is a manual personal-touch and therefore should not be leaned upon as a solution to this process. The timing of this issue would ideally be identified prior to initiation - if customers are sharing caseload planners prior to TID - so a discrepancy could be flagged and resolved earlier.
