Solution to store yearly billing entries which are already paid to practitioners

All billing entries which are exported from Monarch then are paid on monthly basis. However, these billing entries paid are stored in our Excel templates which are used to pay practitioners every month and every year. Due to large volume of billing entries from all practitioners for a year, it is taking us longer time to review and answer practitioners regarding their actual hours billed and actual hours paid.
