The Service Coordinator account type allows the user to filter the student list by the student status in the Caseload Information area. We were about to instruct a customer with a Customer Admin account to use this filter, but then we realized that the Customer Admin account doesn't have this filter. This customer marks students as "Paused" when we don't have the proper documentation to move forward with the assessment (delays with schools uploading student reports is an issue for this customer). Having this column and filter added to the Customer Admin and eHelper accounts would help this customer track their assessments and provide additional visibility to customers/schools.
