Service Coordinators would benefit because it would speed up the process of adding users to Monarch. An email address field is not currently available in the pop-up which means we have to remember to go back in once the user is added to then add the email address.
Customers would benefit because occasionally Service Coordinators forget to go back in and add the email address which means that the customer is unable to set up their password.
