I receive text messages from multiple offices such as my dentist and optometrist offices with reminders of upcoming appointments. I can confirm if I need to cancel or if I can still make it the day before the appointment. The CCT often hears from practitioners/schools that their first session was missed because they forgot about it. I wonder if people are getting used to other businesses texting an appointment reminder and we could help customers in the same way. This could potentially help lower the cancellation rate and help schools start on-time. I understand we have an email reminder feature, but we often hear people don't check their emails frequently.
