Allow the Customer Care Team load a TE Practitioner Dashboard

The CCT often gets questions from practitioner regarding info either showing or missing on their dashboard. Time is spent asking clarifying questions and requesting the practitioner send screenshots since the CCT can't view the Practitioner Dashboard. Having the ability to load practitioner's dashboards would help us support practitioner faster, become familiar with how the practitioner's dashboard functions, and identify when it's not working to submit tech tickets.

    Thanks for sharing your idea! Unfortunately, this is not currently feasible. However, we can work on an internal dashboard that provides the same data outside Monarch. Please keep in mind that there are several ongoing internal projects, and this should be prioritized against other projects. Please reach out to the Business Analysis team for more details.
