Could we create a form that school contacts can download/print and send to families that explains who TinyEYE is and include the name & contact info for their practitioners?

Guam has shared that parents feel very disconnected with TinyEYE and feel like they can't reach out to practitioners to discuss their child's services. I'm reaching out to Marketing to see if we can have a PDF that explains TinyEYE and have an editable field where the school contact can enter the practitioner's name and email address to help bridge the gap. Eventually, it would be nice if the school contact doesn't need to update the doc and help streamline the process on the school's end.
