The Export feature only reports some fields, not all fields that are available on the dashboard. The Cancellation Type (non-billable vs billable) did not export into a report for a customer and they panicked and though all cancellations in the report were billable.
This impacts all customers with access to the Dashboard and Session Logs area.
Hoping this topic is revisited - this has continued to be an issue for a larger customer this year that wants to be able to regularly view and download filtered reports when needed, for information on their billable cancellations. As a share the chair customer that is very budget concerned, there tends to be a lot of cancellations that we cannot filter out of exported data without quite the time spend to manually do it for them.
