Cleaning up the Internal TinyEYE Billing Activity Accounts

I sent a previous ticket to add 3 new billing activities and change the billing category from SF/PSL to just SF. We know longer have PSLs in Clinical Services.

I was asked to post further changes here. I would like the 11 billing activities removed in the attached file. They are either not being used or we added a new activity that better fits the billing added to it. i.e. SF Resource Mgmt was intended for the practitioner that helps Michele mail out protocols but it is being utilized for surveys. I have requested that department specific activities be added like SF Professional Partnerships.

In the other file, please revise existing 4 billing activities with new updated names.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I request that is done by July so it is ready for the new school year and I can email the departments to let them know if the updates when directing practitioners how to bill to TinyEYE
