Have the ability to multi-select students to update the service status with the same information. Currently, the process is:
Log into Monarch and go to the My People area
Load the Billing Customer or School
Click on the student account
Click the Edit button beside their service type
Change the Status to Cancelled, select the Reason, add a Note, click Update
Allow Monarch to save the change which resets the account list on the left side
Scroll down to the appropriate student account and repeat the steps for the next student.
This is the process the Service Coordinators and Practitioners follow, so improvement would help both teams. I've attached a video recording of how long it takes to follow the current process.
Thank you for your suggestion. It may not be our highest priority since it is mostly focused on internal efficiencies and practitioners need to review each student's progress individually before updating their status. We plan to enhance the practitioner & internal users experience in this regard as part of the overall Monarch UX redesign. We'll keep this idea in mind for future improvements.
