Tracking Placed and Not Placed Schools in Monarch

Customers have requested the following information in the past:

• Timeline of when a school has a confirmed practitioner and when transitions happen and there's a gap in services.

• How many sessions were missed per student due to a placement gap?

When a practitioner leaves a placement mid-service, future sessions are usually deleted so that the incoming practitioner can schedule the students without being blocked by Monarch. For some situations, the sessions were Cancelled until another practitioner is confirmed so that the customer can see how many sessions were cancelled due to the placement gap. Updating a resigned practitioner's calendar is tedious and it would be helpful if internal teams could easily mark when a practitioner leaves a placement, record how many sessions are missed due to the placement gap, and then delete sessions when a practitioner is confirmed OR be able to enter the new practitioner's name into the already scheduled sessions (to allow a full Monarch Calendar transition to the incoming practitioner).
