For virtual/home/private customers, no shows seem to be a greater issue than school based services. There are email reminders, but it seems to be not enough for some parents to remember to log on. Maybe an automated call with a message like "Reminder, you have a session with TinyEYE in one hour" type of option (that can be shut off if not wanted) would be helpful and save our practitioners some of the back and forth trying to reach them when they do not show.
