What if... we built the JM program into a self-sufficient revenue generation program through automation and therapist self-service?

Therapists on team could self-identify as available to serve and set up their own hours/profile. Prospective customers could go through a similar consent process to what was active on the previous website, and pay for services through Paypal, which would give them access to a booking system. We already have automated billing in place from Monarch. Student details would be saved in Monarch so that there would be a record of services and parents/guardians could choose whether to see the same therapist each time or choose a different one based on availability. We could use this as a value-add to therapists who want to boost their billing when they don't have a full caseload.
