Every month after I pay the practitioner's I get emails asking why the hours they were paid is different then what they see in their office. I had reached out to Customer Success to see if they could communicate when initiating practitioners to let them know that they are paid in the school time zone. This is quite an issue when they serve school's with a large time zone like CNMI.
Holly had suggested that I bring this back to the product team to see if they can put a warning or a message in the billing area that billing is done in the school time zone or that that particular entry is in a different month for the school time. This could help partitioners understand that they will not be paid that entry in the current month when they bill on the last day of the month. It will instead show up in the following month's billing.
