What if... We eliminated renewals altogether with a continued service plan and pre-payment, where overpayment would be credited to future therapy sessions?

Renewals take a lot of internal time and energy that could potentially be used to add more value for our customers. Continued service models are proven in many industries and SPEDs already know their fall budget before the previous SY ends, even if they don't have access to it yet.
