Automatic emails sent to Contacts when their account is created in Monarch. (eHelpers, Customer Admin)

We have to copy and paste usernames into our Welcome emails to customers and eHelpers. If Monarch could just email them, or we can push a button to send an email, to let them know what their username is and login instructions, we can remove this from our email templates.
