Therapist accumulate a backlog in session reports that require follow up and resources in follow up. This results in frustration for therapists when they need to backtrack and allocation of team resources to emailing and calling to ensure this requirement is completed. It leads to a poor therapist experience. Customers are often not aware of the requirement or that their therapist may be lagging in this metric
Thank you for your idea. We are addressing the problem of service tracking difficulty for session reports with two enhancements:
Smart notes
Automating the billing of session reporting when a report is generated.
We'll monitor the impact of these enhancements and keep this idea on our backburner to consider further if needed.
Similar to submitting an expense without a receipt or submitting an insurance claim without a receipt. They need to go together to qualify for payment.
