Create a automatic employee stamp in all the description fields. (name and date)

If the system creates a stamp of who completed the task and when, we will be able to track it back to them in case there are questions that come up later. It also makes people accountable for the quality of work that is being provided to the customer. It will further save time for all employee's as they won't have to do this extra step.
