We are finding many therapists do not upload an assessment report after the assessment and then customers and Customer Success are chasing them to get it uploaded. Often the assessment is billed to the customer without the final product been provided. There is a risk that TinyEYE has of billing a customer for unfinished work and having to repay them without the ability to recoup the work because the therapist leaves or goes unresponsive.

Include Progress Reports in this. No billing for progress reports until progress reports are uploaded.
