Have deactivated duplicate accounts be in red text in drop-down menus

It's confusing when searching for a Monarch user and two identical users pop up. It would be helpful if:

• Deactivated accounts had red lettering

• If the parent account would be visible in brackets after the user's name for student and school accounts

For example, the TinyEYE Practitioner Shannon Baldwin has 2 Monarch accounts. When I search her name in Calendar area I don't know which one to click on (see screenshot attached).

Selecting the incorrect account has led to confusion and inaccurate updates on services.
