Add a "Notify Primary Practitioner" button to the upload document window

The majority of our customers still send documentation to the Customer Success Team to upload into Monarch for them. The eHelper accounts (and hopefully one day the Customer Admin accounts) have access to upload documents but we have not coordinated instructions to do so yet. A missing piece, that caused issues in the past when customers had this access in Butterfly, is the step of notification to the therapist. To make this more user friendly then asking them to email the therapist each time, would be the ability to easily notify the therapist from Monarch assigned to the student that they've added a new document for them to view.


If there was a check box on the Upload Report box that generated an email to any Primary Therapists once Upload is checked, that would make is super easy!


It would be good for the Customer Admins to have the ability to Upload documents (like eHelper) and do this as well as our customers often wear many hats. It would be easier to allow them more access then to create them additional accounts for these different activities.
