Hello, I am finding that practitioners sometimes take more than 4 days to click accept on a referral in the portal. Sometimes they want to discuss scheduling directly with a school first, before accepting, and when it disappears they need to then reach out to us for help. Some other practitioners only work one day a week so it doesn't leave them a lot of time to accept/they may miss things. It is great that CCT is prompted after four days to keep eyes on the referral, but maybe it could be greyed out with a note to reach out to CCT if they want to accept the referral? Just to explain what to do next? Some have reached out confused when they are just gone.
Secondly, I am requesting CCT be able to "unassign" referrals in the portal. Our current process has us assign them to any placed practitioner if the referral is not accepted, but they are invited to reach back out to us if they can't take the referral. Sometimes this happens, but they remain listed attached to the referral as the accepting practitioner which can cause confusion for students that are actually unplaced for.
