Auto-Cancel Future Sessions When Student Services Are Cancelled

I ran a test in Monarch by scheduling recurring speech therapy sessions for a student test account. After that, I canceled the student’s speech service to see if the future sessions would also be removed. However, I noticed that the recurring sessions remained active in Monarch even after the service was cancelled.

I request that Monarch automatically cancel and remove all future scheduled sessions when a student’s service is cancelled. This automation will ensure the calendar stays accurate, reduce manual cleanup, and prevent practitioner or scheduling errors.
