A "Forgot Username" button so that the CCT no longer has to manually send usernames in Welcome emails.

We're hoping to automate the customer and school welcome emails, but we still have to manually copy/paste their Customer Admin/eHelper username. Rather than continuing this manual step, can we have a Forgot Username on the login page that functions just like the Forgot Password button?
