We had a customer reach out asking the CCT manually update his password. I was curious what he would see since he has both a Customer Admin and eHelper account. The Reset Password page has a drop-down menu so the user can select which account they want to update, but it only lists the accounts using the first and last name. The user won't know if they're resetting the password for their Customer Admin or eHelper account. Since we have many users with these 2 account types, I recommend adding the account type to the drop-down menu so the user knows which account is being updated.
