What if... we created a not-for-profit branch of the company where therapy was run by donation?
This could be donation of time by therapists or paid for by other customers/angel investors to increase access to therapy for students who can't afford it.

Further thought on this - opportunity to get grants based on social action - providing therapy to a set group of people. Use that funding to provide therapy at our regular price per region to pay the therapist but therapy would be no cost through an existing institution/organization (not a bunch of kids at their own homes, don't want to increase overhead cost).
This could be associated with one of our customers e.g. Alaska wants to grow services but doesn't have funding for it. Work with them to apply to grants to use for our services, OR maybe get gov't funding directly. That then becomes a marketing and sales tool for us and builds a customer for life.
